Comedian Amy Schumer will return as executive producer and star of Inside Amy Schumer for a second season. Comedy Central just renewed the comedy series for a 10 episode season two set to premiere in 2014. Season one has been a big performer for the network, scoring the highest rated series premiere of the year on Comedy Central.
Kent Alterman, President, Content Development and Original Programming at Comedy Central made the renewal announcement, stating: “Amy Schumer… She’s hilarious. I also love her comedy.”
“I am so proud of our show,” added Schumer. “And ecstatic to get to work with all these assholes again.”

Joining Schumer for the first season of her breakout series are a roster of well-known actors and comedians including Jon Glaser, Michael Showalter, Amber Tamblyn, Michael Ian Black, Rob Schneider, Abby Elliott, Tig Notaro, Tom Papa, Lisa Lampanelli, Dave Attell, Will Janowitz, Nikki Glaser, Sara Schaefer and Missi Pyle.
