Due to his scenery-chewing skills in Piranha, Veronica Mars creative mastermind Rob Thomas has chosen Jerry O’Connell to play Sheriff Dan Lamb in the Veronica Mars film. Dan is a new Lamb brother (the amoral older brother of Don) and Thomas says he hopes audiences will “love to hate” the character.
And as with most of the Veronica Mars cast members, Jerry has kindly offered up this video:
