Jon Stewart’s going to be taking a break from The Daily Show with Jon Stewart this summer and will be tackling his first film as producer and director. But The Daily Show fans won’t be left wondering how to fill their time while Stewart’s gone. Comedy Central says the show will go on with John Oliver stepping in to host during Stewart’s absence.

Stewart will leave the show for eight weeks starting in June in order to tackle Rosewater. Here’s the scoop on Rosewater, courtesy of Comedy Central:

Rosewater, a journalist’s story of his entry into the family business – government imprisonment and political incarceration in Iran – was written by Stewart and is based on the book, Then They Came for Me: A Family’s Story of Love, Captivity, and Survival by Iranian journalist Maziar Bahari. Bahari was falsely accused of being a spy and imprisoned by the Iranian government shortly after being interviewed by Daily Show correspondent Jason Jones in 2009 when he travelled to Iran to file a series of reports for the show. Bahari later appeared as a guest on The Daily Show in June 2011.”

Oliver’s been with The Daily Show since 2006 and is an Emmy and Writers Guild Awards nominee.
