The View lineup is changing once again, with Joy Behar confirmed to return as one of the show’s co-hosts. Behar is joining Candace Cameron Bure (Full House), Paula Faris, Whoopi Goldberg, Raven-Symone, and Michelle Collins for season 19 of the daytime talk show.

ABC’s set a September 8, 2015 premiere date for the new season, which will air live shows five days a week. Contributors for the upcoming season are set to include Sherri Shepherd, Padma Lakshmi, Stacy London, Ana Navarro, and Molly Sims.

Behar was part of The View co-hosting crew from seasons one through 16. Commenting on her return, Behar said, “Just when I thought I was out, they pulled me back in. Plus, Steve was getting tired of applauding every time I gave my opinion. But I’m happy to be back home. And I’m looking forward to sticking my two cents into the hot topics, especially now that Hillary and the Donald are in the spotlight.”

“As The View embarks on a remarkable 19th season, I am extremely proud to see the legacy of smart and diverse women engaging in entertaining and thought-provoking conversation continue,” stated series creator/executive producer Barbara Walters.

Author, actress, and mother of three Candace Cameron Bure said she’s thrilled to be a part of the new lineup. “I am honored to be a new addition to such a strong group of bright and opinionated women, and I look forward to sharing this exciting journey with viewers new and old,” said Bure.

Good Morning America‘s weekend edition co-anchor Paula Faris is humbled to be a part of The View team. “What I love about The View is that no topic is off the table and every viewer can feel like they have a voice on the show. I can’t wait to connect with the audience in a new way as I take a seat alongside this exceptional group of women,” stated Faris.

Sarah de la O has joined the behind-the-scenes crew and will be The View‘s first female director.
