Linkin Park Announces Living Things Release Date and Tour

Linkin Park Living ThingsLinkin Park has set June 26th as the release date for their new album, Living Things, co-produced by Rick Rubin (Adele) and Linkin Park vocalist and multi-instrumentalist, Mike Shinoda. Fans who pre-order the album on Linkin Park’s official site will receive an immediate download of “Burn It Down,” the first single off of the album which just debuted today and is now available on iTunes.

Linkin Park also announced details of the 2012 Honda Civic Tour they’ll be co-headlining with Incubus (along with support from Mutemath). The Honda Civic Tour will begin in Bristow, Virginia on August 11th and tickets go on sale to the general public beginning the weekend of April 27th.

“Linkin Park and Incubus fans have grown up together,” stated Chester Bennington of Linkin Park. “We’re looking forward to bringing them all together for a great night of music.”

Brandon Boyd from Incubus added, “We’re going to have a blast on this tour, and I know the fans will too.”
