Coast to Coast Search is on for Live! with Kelly Co-Host

The “LIVE’s Coast-To-Coast Co-Host Search” just kicked off, with one lucky viewer earning the chance to become co-host for a day. The nationwide search began on June 11th and goes through June 29th, with LIVE! with Kelly fans asked to submit videos up to one minute in length explaining why they should get to sit next to Kelly Ripa and co-host the show.

According to ABC, the entries will be reviewed and then many will be posted online during the week of July 3rd. The 10 semi-finalist videos with the most votes will be announced on July 9th. The LIVE! audience will then get the chance to cast their votes for the top 5. Ultimately, those five finalists will travel to New York during the week of July 16th and compete for the coveted prize of a co-hosting gig for the show airing on July 24th.
