Machine Gun Preacher Items Up for Bid to Help Charity

Premiere tickets, an autographed Machine Gun Preacher poster, and a custom-built motorcycle ridden by Gerard Butler in the film are all up for auction on eBay to benefit Angels of East Africa. Sam Childers, the subject of the feature film, founded the charity which helps rescue “children from around the world, focusing on South Sudan and Northern Uganda.” The auction for 2 VIP seats at the Los Angeles premiere and the auction of an autographed movie poster signed by the cast both kicked off on September 14, 2011 and run through September 19th. The 2010 custom-built Rat Bike goes up for bid on September 26th, with the auction closing on October 6th (the starting bid is $30,000).
