Fox has set a January 2, 2017 premiere date for Masterchef Celebrity Showdown with Gordon Ramsay and Christina Tosi. The culinary competition event will pit celebrities against each other to benefit charity. The two-hour special will feature head-to-head contests between celebrities including Anthony Anderson (black-ish), Cheryl Hines (Son of Zorn), Jordana Brewster (Lethal Weapon), Kat Penn (Superhuman), and NFL players Ronde and Tiki Barber. The special will also include a showdown between Michelin Star Chef Ramsay and acclaimed pastry chef Tosi.
The winners of each of the cooking battles will earn bragging rights as well as donations to their chosen charities.

Trai Byers and Grace Gealey Byers vs. Nene and Gregg Leakes

Fans have seen them in the Masterchef kitchen and as judges before, but now Gordon and Christina go head-to-head and have to answer to the harshest critics of all – Masterchef Season Seven winner Shaun O’Neale and two contestants from the upcoming fifth season of Masterchef Junior.
