It isn’t possible for there to be too many holiday albums, is it? Columbia Records and Nickelodeon hope not as they’ll be releasing Merry Nickmas on November 20, 2012. The holiday CD will feature songs from Nickelodeon stars Big Time Rush, Rachel Crow, SpongeBob SquarePants, the cast of Victorious, and Drake Bell, with Crow also helping to kick off the holidays onboard the Dora the Explorer float in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. She’ll be singing “Santa Claus Is Comin’ To Town” during the parade and her rendition of the song will be part of Nickelodeon’s A Fairly Odd Christmas, the sequel to 2011’s A Fairly OddMovie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner! premiering on November 30th at 8pm.
Merry Nickmas also features one of the best named holiday songs, “Don’t Be A Jerk (It’s Christmas),” from the SpongeBob gang.
