Apparently Michael Bublé had such a good time with his 2011 holiday special that he’ll be hosting another one for NBC. Michael Bublé: Home for the Holidays will air on December 10, 2012 at 10pm ET/PT with guest stars Blake Shelton, Rod Stewart, Carly Rae Jepsen, and Elmo.

Yes, Elmo.

Holiday songs set to be performed during the one-hour special include “Jingle Bell Rock,” “Let It Snow,” “All I Want for Christmas is You,” and “Winter Wonderland.”

“I’m so excited to be back on NBC for another big Christmas Special which we got to tape in my hometown of Vancouver,” stated Bublé, announcing the 2012 holiday special. “We had great fun with our guests and I think the show really captures the joyous spirit of the holidays.”

In 2011, Bublé celebrated his favorite holiday with the release of Michael Bublé Christmas. That collection of holiday classics was the second biggest seller of 2011 with more than 6.5 million copies sold worldwide. Bublé’s currently back in the studio working on a new non-holiday album set for release in 2013.
