Can you believe the NOW That’s What I Call Music! series is poised to release its 47th edition? It is, with NOW That’s What I Call Music! Vol. 47 coming out on August 6, 2013.
The upcoming volume 47 includes tracks by Justin Timberlake, Bruno Mars, Taylor Swift, Mariah Carey with Miguel, Selena Gomez, Avril Lavigne, Demi Lovato, Ke$ha with Juicy J, Icona Pop, Imagine Dragons, Labrinth with Emeli Sandé, Zedd with Foxes, Calvin Harris with Ellie Goulding, Jason Derulo, Anna Kendrick, and Capital Cities. It also features four up-and-coming new music preview tracks.
The NTWICM franchise has sold more than 200 million albums, and every release of the numeric series has found a spot on Billboard’s Top 10 with 16 making it to the top spot. That puts the NOW That’s What I Call Music! in second place on the Billboard charts behind only The Beatles.
