ABC’s released the official announcement confirming Once Upon a Time is heading back to the San Diego Comic Con for its seventh year. The press release comes two days after Comic Con released the Saturday, July 22, 2017 program schedule which had Once Upon a Time in the 10am slot for Ballroom 20. However, ABC’s official announcement still doesn’t confirm who will be on hand to represent the cast.

Colin O’Donoghue is expected to be part of the OUAT panel since he’ll be at Comic Con for Entertainment Weekly’s “Brave New Warriors” panel on Friday, July 21st at 1:45pm. O’Donoghue will be part of the EW panel along with Rodrigo Santoro (Westworld), Ricky Whittle (American Gods), Richard Rankin (Outlander), David Harbour (Stranger Things), and Christopher Meloni (Happy!). Per EW, the “Brave New Warriors” panel will find the group discussing “the thrill of playing popular characters, their sometimes awkward encounters with fans, and the highs (and lows) of a career in Hollywood.”

ABC’s Once Upon a Time Panel Description: “After six seasons, the residents of the enchanted forest enter Season 7 facing their greatest challenge yet as the Evil Queen, Captain Hook and Rumplestiltskin join forces with a grown-up Henry Mills and his daughter Lucy on an epic quest to bring hope to their world and ours. Along the way, new fairy tale characters and old search for true love, find adventure and take sides in the ongoing struggle of good against evil as classic tales are once again twisted and reimagined. Join co-creators and executive producers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz, along with executive producer David H. Goodman and the cast as they discuss what’s in store for our returning favorites as well as the new additions to the Once Upon a Time universe with moderator Yvette Nicole Brown. This panel is sure to bring some surprises you don’t want to miss!”

The network is also hosting a 360-degree fan experience with hologram technology created just for Comic-Con attendees. ABC says attendees who visit their booth in the San Diego Convention Center will be able to step into the Once Upon a Time and The Crossing worlds. In addition, 100 lucky OUAT fans will be able to meet with cast members for an autograph session.
