Sean Hayes will be handling a multi-episode arc on this upcoming season of NBC’s Smash. Emmy-winner Hayes will be playing Terrence Falls, a “comedic television and film star who is making his Broadway debut in the musical Liaisons, based on the novel Les Liaisons Dangereuses. Due to a series of comic circumstances, he becomes a major thorn in the side for Ivy Lynn (Megan Hilty) and other characters.”

Hayes will also been seen playing Maya Rudolph’s former accompanist in NBC’s season two of Up All Night.

In addition to acting on the stage, films and television, Hayes is also producing shows including NBC’s Grimm.
