‘The Hunger Games: The Exhibition’ to Hit the Road in 2015

Lionsgate just announced ‘The Hunger Games: The Exhibition’ tour which will travel the U.S. in the summer of 2015. The exhibition will feature props, costumes, and other elements from The Hunger Games films, according to Lionsgate Chief Marketing Officer Tim Palen.

“Now that we’ve built a critical mass of intellectual property, we’re committed to extending our brands into exciting new businesses that create opportunities for our fans to engage with our properties at the same time they deliver significant incremental financial benefits to Lionsgate,” said Palen. “We’re thrilled to launch this initiative with the U.S. tour of The Hunger Games exhibition, which celebrates the world of The Hunger Games and offers Hunger Games fans an extensive behind-the-scenes look at the movie-making process.”


Lionsgate didn’t announce any confirmed dates or stops on the U.S. summer tour.

The Hunger Games, based on the bestselling book series by Suzanne Collins, opened in theaters in 2012. It was followed by The Hunger Games: Catching Fire in 2013 with The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 coming on November 20, 2015 followed by Part 2 in 2016.
