The blind auditions are over and the teams are set for season six of NBC’s The Voice. Coaches Blake Shelton, Adam Levine, Shakira, and Usher have each selected 12 artists they’ll be taking into the battle rounds which begin on Monday, March 17, 2014.
This season’s teams will be assisted by advisers Aloe Blacc (Team Adam), The Band Perry (Team Blake), Jill Scott (Team Usher), and Miranda Lambert (Team Shakira).
Details on the Battle Rounds: “During the battle rounds, each coach will pit two of their own team members against one another, each asked to sing the same song together in front of a studio audience. After the vocal battle, the coach must choose which of his/her singers will advance to the knockout round, while the losing artist is available to be stolen by another coach. Each coach has two steals available during the battle rounds.”
