ABC Cancels Trust Us With Your Life

The fall-out continues from Fred Willard’s arrest for allegedly committing a lewd act in an adult movie theater. ABC has canceled the improv series Trust Us With Your Life hosted by Willard.

Even without Willard’s arrest the series likely wouldn’t have been able to stick around for much longer. The long ratings doomed the series, with ABC opting to show reruns of Wipeout rather than the final two original episodes of the show.

Just one day after Willard’s arrest, PBS announced they were dropping the 72 year old actor as the narrator of their new show, Market Warriors. Mark Walberg (no, not Mark Wahlberg), the host of Antiques Roadshow, will be taking over for Willard on Market Warriors.
