Released on iTunes and digital outlets on March 17, 2013 and in stores on March 19th, AMC’s The Walking Dead AMC Original Soundtrack — Vol. 1 features songs from AMC’s award-winning series including Jamie N Commons’ “Lead Me Home” (recently performed on Talking Dead hosted by Chris Hardwick). Also included on the album are Of Monsters and Men’s previously unreleased “Sinking Man” and “Running” from Delta Spirit.
The popular show’s soundtrack hit #2 on iTunes Top Albums Chart immediately after its release. It also hit #1 on the Soundtrack Albums Chart following its March 17th debut.

The Walking Dead – The Plot:
The Walking Dead tells the story of the months and years that follow after a zombie apocalypse. It follows a group of survivors, led by police officer Rick Grimes, who travel in search of a safe and secure home. The series stars Andrew Lincoln, Laurie Holden, Norman Reedus, Steven Yeun, Chandler Riggs, Scott Wilson, Lauren Cohan, Danai Gurira and David Morrissey.
