Warwick Davis Will Be a Part of ‘Star Wars: Episode VII’

Warwick Davis Joins Star Wars Episode VII

The cast of familiar faces set for Star Wars: Episode VII has increased by one. Warwick Davis has confirmed he’ll be back in the world of Star Wars with the upcoming film, but he didn’t say what role he’ll be playing. Davis starred in Star Wars: Episode VI – The Return of the Jedi as the adorable Wicket the Ewok (he also was a part of The Ewok Adventure and Ewoks: The Battle of Endor TV movies). In addition, he played Wald and Weazel in Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace.

Davis joins a cast that includes John Boyega, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, Kenny Baker, John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, and Max von Sydow, Gwendoline Christie, and Lupita Nyong’o. J.J. Abrams directs the new Star Wars movie which is heading to theaters on December 18, 2015.
