Focus Features’ romantic drama A Little Chaos has unveiled the official trailer featuring Kate Winslet and Alan Rickman. Rickman pulled triple duty with the film, not only handling a starring role in the period drama but also co-writing the screenplay and directing the movie. The cast also includes Stanley Tucci, Matthias Schoenaerts, and Danny Webb.

Focus Features is releasing A Little Chaos in theaters on March 27, 2015.

The Plot:

Madame Sabine De Barra (Winslet) is an unlikely candidate for landscape architect of the still‐to-be-completed Palace of Versailles. She has little time for the classical, ordered designs of the man who hires her, the famous architect Le Nôtre (Schoenaerts). However, as she works on her creation, she finds herself drawn to the enigmatic Le Nôtre and forced to negotiate the perilous rivalries and intricate etiquette of the court of King Louis XIV (Rickman).

But Sabine is made of strong stuff; her honesty and compassion help her to overcome both the challenges of her newfound popularity, and an unspeakable tragedy from her past, to win the favour of the Sun King and the heart of Le Nôtre.

A&E’s set to introduce the new series Nightwatch, set in New Orleans and executive produced by Dick Wolf, on January 22, 2015 at 10pm ET/PT. The nonfiction series will have a nine-episode season one run and will follow teams of New Orleans emergency responders working the busy and stressful overnight shift.

In addition to Wolf, the series will be executive produced by Tom Thayer, Rasha Drachkovitch, Shelly Tatro, Drew Tappon, Lily Neumeyer, and Devon Graham.

Details on Nightwatch, Courtesy of A&E Network:

In the historic city of New Orleans, police officers, firefighters and EMTs working the overnight shift answer as many as a thousand emergency calls a night. Nightwatch follows multiple sets of partners in the New Orleans Emergency Medical Services unit who cover the intense and unpredictable period from 8 PM to 4 AM as they battle time and circumstance to save lives.

The skills, dedication and determination that these critical and dangerous jobs require are on full display nightly while each new traumatic call comes in. As the city’s heroes, one thing remains clear – the job of an emergency responder in NOLA is not only about saving lives, it’s being there as a support system for the community of people in this diverse and inspiring city.

In the premiere episode of Nightwatch, a man discovered in the street bleeding from numerous gunshot wounds brings multiple teams of EMT’s to the scene. While they work furiously to keep the victim alive before taking him to the hospital, the police immediately begin the investigation. As the evening goes on, the calls keep coming. The fire fighters encounter a case of suspected arson and the EMT’s at the scene of a car accident catch a driver who refuses to admit he is on drugs.

Adam unwittingly gets drawn into Jessa’s chaotic web after an AA meeting. At a poets’ party in Iowa, Hannah rants about the undue expectations put on women writers, and takes things too far in critiquing her classmates.
