ABC’s showing off their new crop of shows that will air during the 2018-2019 primetime season including A Million Little Things. The one-hour drama A Million Little Things has earned a spot on the network’s fall lineup on Wednesday’s at 10pm ET/PT beginning on September 26, 2018. ABC’s Wednesday lineup leading up to the 10pm hour consists of half-hour comedies The Goldbergs, American Housewife, Modern Family, and Single Parents, with A Million Little Things the night’s only drama.
The new drama stars David Giuntoli (Grimm) as Eddie, Ron Livingston (Loudermilk) as Jon, Romany Malco (Mad Dogs) as Rome, Allison Miller (13 Reasons Why) as Maggie, Christina Moses as Regina, Christina Ochoa (Animal Kingdom) as Ashley, James Roday (Psych) as Gary, Stephanie Szostak (Satisfaction) as Delilah, Lizzy Greene (Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn) as Sophie, and Grace Park (Hawaii Five-O) as Katherine.
DJ Nash (Truth Be Told) is the writer and James Griffiths (Up All Night) directed the pilot. Nash, Griffiths, Aaron Kaplan, and Dana Honor executive produce.
The Plot: They say friendship isn’t one big thing, it’s a million little things; and that’s true for a group of friends from Boston who bonded under unexpected circumstances. Some have achieved success, others are struggling in their careers and relationships, but all of them feel stuck in life. After one of them dies unexpectedly, it’s just the wake-up call the others need to finally start living. Along the way, they discover that friends may be the one thing to save them from themselves.
