‘Atlanta’ Season 4 Unveils a Trailer and Final Season Premiere Date

FX has set a September 15, 2022 premiere date for the fourth – and, unfortunately, final – season of the critically acclaimed series, Atlanta. The release date announcement was accompanied by the launch of the official trailer for the much-anticipated fourth season.

Atlanta will kick off season four with the release of the first two episodes. New episodes of the 10-episode final season will arrive on subsequent Thursdays at 10pm ET/PT.

The award-winning series was created by Donald Glover who, in addition to starring as Earn,” serves as writer and executive producer. The season four cast also includes Brian Tyree Henry as “Alfred ‘Paper Boi’ Miles,” LaKeith Stanfield as “Darius,” and Zazie Beetz as “Van.”

Stephen Glover, Hiro Murai, Stefani Robinson, Paul Simms, and Dianne McGunigle executive produce.

Atlanta premiered in September 2016, with season two following in March 2018. Season three was delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic and premiered on March 24, 2022. Over its three seasons, Atlanta has earned Emmy, Critics Choice, AFI, Peabody, PGA, WGA, and NAACP awards.
