‘Big Sky’ Season 3 Episode 3 Photos, Plot, and Cast: “A Brief History of Crime”

Rosanna Arquette guest stars in ABC’s Big Sky season three episode three playing Jenny’s estranged mom. Episode two confirmed the creepy loner in the woods is Sunny’s son and ended by teasing one half of the arguing couple is likely a murderer.

Episode three, “A Brief History of Crime,” will air on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at 10pm ET/PT.

Season three stars Katheryn Winnick as Jenny Hoyt, Kylie Bunbury as Cassie Dewell, Jensen Ackles as Sheriff Beau Arlen, Dedee Pfeiffer as Denise, and J. Anthony Pena as Deputy Mo Poppernak. Reba McEntire guest stars as Sunny Barnes, Luke Mitchell plays Cormac Barnes, Rex Linn is Buck Barnes, and Seth Gabel plays Walter.

“A Brief History of Crime” Plot: While investigating a scamming operation with Beau, Jenny discovers a connection to the crime that sends her reeling. Elsewhere, a camper at Sunny Day Excursions has gone missing, and Beau’s similarly stubborn daughter, Emily, is eager to solve the case. Yet, with Sunny determined to cover up loose ends, her digging might lead to more than she bargained for in the end.

As all this and the hunt for the missing backpacker continue, Cassie and Denise run into a strange man on the side of the road who may just lead them down a new path.
