Batman will not be appearing in the new Fox series Gotham but a young Bruce Wayne will play an integral role in the series, and David Mazouz is charged with tackling the iconic comic book character. Mazouz may only be 13 years old, but he’s wise beyond his years and, as I discovered during our interview at the 2014 San Diego Comic-Con, he’s one of the most well-spoken actors of his age and he’s passionate about the character and the series.
Mazouz has a good grasp on the character as well as Bruce Wayne’s importance to fans of the Batman comics, and he’s apparently analyzed pretty much every aspect of the character in order to portray Bruce Wayne in the much-anticipated series which debuts on September 22, 2014 on Fox.
