Ewan McGregor sat down with Jimmy Kimmel to discuss all things Jack the Giant Slayer (formerly Jack the Giant Killer) among other topics. What topics, you ask? Getting an honor from the Queen, footwear, the Super Bowl, the Highland Games, and the possibility of being a part of the Star Wars stand-alone films which he knew nothing about.
After Jimmy informs him of the Boba Fett and Han Solo films (still in the possibility but not confirmed stage), McGregor says, “Before the… What? They did tell me they were going to make the new films, but obviously, they didn’t tell me this.”
“They were trying to keep it a secret from you, and now I’ve ruined it,” joked Kimmel.
