‘Fear Factor: House of Fear’ Names Season 1’s Contestants

Fox revealed the 14 contestants set to compete on the first season of Fear Factor: House of Fear. Among the contestants are a retired NYPD detective, a stay-at-home mom, a flight attendant, and a soccer player.

Johnny Knoxville hosts the competition, which will premiere on January 14, 2026. Season one episodes will air on Wednesdays at 9pm ET/PT.

Fox offers the following synopsis for the upcoming new take on Fear Factor: “Dropped into an unforgiving, remote location, a group of strangers will live together under one roof and face mind-blowing stunts, harrowing challenges, and a twisted game of social strategy where trust is fleeting—and fear is a weapon. Only one contestant will conquer all their fears and walk away with the massive grand prize!”
