Hugh Jackman’s Golden Globe Acceptance Speech

Hugh Jackman admitted he almost quit Les Miserables three weeks into rehearsals, but his wife talked him off the cliff. That prompted a “thank you for always being right” portion of his 2013 Golden Globes acceptance speech when he took to the stage as the winner of the Golden Globe for Best Actor – Motion Picture, Comedy or Musical for his work in the big screen adaptation of the musical, playing Jean Valjean and singing his heart out. He didn’t sing on the Globe stage, but he did deliver a heartfelt speech.
