‘It’s Florida, Man’ Earns a Season 2 Renewal

HBO’s twisted comedy It’s Florida, Man, about some of the strangest happenings in a state known for producing weird headlines, has been renewed for season two. Season one, which wraps up on November 22, 2024, has been averaging 2.3 million viewers and ranked third on Max’s most-watched series list.

Big names popping in to portray the real people involved in Florida’s headline-making stories include Anna Faris, Jake Johnson, Randall Park, Juliette Lewis, Sam Richardson, Simon Rex, and Ego Nwodim. Mark Herwick and Jeff Tomsic created the series and serve as executive producers. Additional executive producers include Danny McBride, Brandon James, and showrunner Bryan Storkel.
