Netflix has released the first official photos from Marvel’s new series Jessica Jones. The female-led comic book-inspired show stars Krysten Ritter in the title role, and the first batch of photos feature Ritter as well as her co-stars Mike Colter (Luke Cage), David Tennant (Gilgrave), Carrie-Anne Moss (Harper), and Rachael Taylor (Trish Walker).
Season one of Jessica Jones will premiere on November 20, 2015 on Netflix. The series is executive produced by Melissa Rosenberg (Twilight), Liz Friedman, and Jeph Loeb (Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.). Rosenberg also serves as the series’ showrunner.
The Plot:
After a tragic ending to her short-lived Super Hero stint, Jessica Jones is rebuilding her personal life and career as a detective who gets pulled into cases in New York City.
