Jimmy Fallon Exits ‘Late Night’ With Help from The Muppets

So long, good-bye, and farewell to Jimmy Fallon – or at least to Fallon as the host of Late Night. Seth Meyers has big shoes to fill when he takes over the hosting gig, but Fallon has even larger shoes to step into as he transitions to The Tonight Show hosting job following the retirement of Jay Leno.

Fallon chose to finish up his final show by joining The Muppets for “The Weight” by The Band. And as we’ve come to expect from Fallon, the performance was excellent and a terrific end to his successful run as Late Night host.
