The CW’s released trailers for three of its new series: Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, and Containment. Crazy Ex-Girlfriend joins the network’s lineup this October while viewers are going to have to wait until midseason for the premieres of both DC’s Legends of Tomorrow and Containment. And even though it’ll be a while before any of the shows debut, the network’s new trailers set the stage for what we can expect.

The DC’s Legends of Tomorrow trailer kicks off with Arrow (Stephen Amell) explaining how he started this crusade for justice and never anticipated the way it would spread. The Flash (Grant Gustin) joined with Arrow in fighting crime, but as Gustin says in the trailer, “The hard, inescapable truth is that sometimes we’re not enough.” That leads to the introduction of a new team made up of Hawkgirl, White Canary, Captain Cold, Heatwave, The Atom, and Firestorm, with Arrow and The Flash giving them instructions on who they’re hunting down.

The five-minute trailer for Crazy Ex-Girlfriend answers the question as to why there’s a ‘Crazy’ in the show’s title. The plot: “Rachel Bloom is Rebecca Bunch, a successful driven, and possibly crazy young woman who impulsively gives up everything in a desperate attempt to find love and happiness…in suburban West Covina, CA.”

And the trailer for Containment shows Atlanta being quarantined after an outbreak of a communicable disease. The series was created by Vampire Diaries/The Originals creator Julie Plec.
