It seems that all of MobLand’s behind-the-scenes drama is either over or has been pushed to the back burner. Paramount+ has officially renewed the critically acclaimed drama for season three, ahead of its September 18, 2026 season two premiere.
The streamer also confirmed the just-announced third season will see Tom Hardy back as fixer Harry da Souza, Pierce Brosnan returning as Conrad, the patriarch of the Harrigan crime family, and Helen Mirren reprising her role as Harrigan family matriarch, Maeve. The official announcement did not reveal any additional returning characters or any potential plot details.
Season two’s synopsis reads: “The Harrigans struggle to show a unified front as rising rivals threaten their fractured criminal empire – and Harry Da Souza, their street-smart and formidable ‘fixer,’ must walk a dangerous tightrope when tensions within the family intensify. As violence spills into every corner of their lives, loyalties snap, safety proves temporary, and the battle for power leaves no room for mercy.”
The cast of season two includes Hardy, Brosnan, Mirren, Paddy Considine, Joanne Froggatt, Lara Pulver, Anson Boon, Mandeep Dhillon, Jasmine Jobson, Teddie Allen, and Emmett J. Scanlan. Rounding out the ensemble are Johnny Flynn, Ophelia Lovibond, Janet McTeer, and Toby Jones.
Executive producers include Tom Hardy, David C. Glasser, Guy Ritchie, Jez Butterworth, Ivan Atkinson, Dean Baker, Ron Burkle, David Hutkin, Bob Yari, and Keith Cox. MobLand is produced in association with Paramount Television Studios and 101 Studios.
