Emmy nominee Oscar Isaac (Scenes from a Marriage) is continuing his creative partnership with Netflix with a starring role in Martin Scorsese’s untitled Vegas series. Isaac recently starred in the streamer’s Beef season two, which premiered on April 16, 2026, and has committed to taking on both a lead role and executive producing the new drama from Billions‘ Brian Koppelman and David Levien.

Netflix offers this description of the eight-episode drama:

“The hourlong drama is set in the high-stakes, sharp-elbowed present-day Las Vegas casino business, which is a modernized but still dangerous version of the legendary city. At the center of it all stands Robert ‘Bobby Red’ Redman (Isaac), president of the hottest hotel casino in town, who has to make some long odds moves to try and secure his position and take more ground.”

Koppelman and Levien, returning to the gambling world after writing Rounders and Ocean’s Thirteen, created the series and will serve as showrunners, executive producers, and writers. Oscar winner Martin Scorsese and Sikelia Productions; Julie Yorn and Rick Yorn for Expanded Media; Paul Schiff; and Beth Schacter are also involved as executive producers. J.C. Chandor (A Most Violent Year) is attached to direct the first two episodes and executive produce.
