Netflix is pumping up Tires, giving the comedy series a fourth season order. Commenting on the news, star and executive producer Shane Gillis said, “It’s cool to get to make another season of Tires.”
The series premiered in May 2024, followed by season two in June 2025 and season three in August 2026. The third season’s ratings earned it a spot in the #5 slot on Netflix’s Global 10 English TV list over the week of August 17.
In addition to Gillis, season three stars Steve Gerben, Chris O’Connor, Kilah Fox, Stavros Halkias, and Thomas Hayden Church.
“Will (Gerben), the nervous and unqualified heir to an auto repair chain, attempts to turn his father’s business around despite constant torture from his cousin and now employee, Shane (Gillis),” reads Netflix’s synopsis. “While settling in as part owners, Will and Shane struggle to keep Valley Forge afloat. Just as their business and friendship hit a breaking point, Will and Shane look to their past to figure out the future.”
Shane Gillis, Steve Gerben, and John McKeever created the series and serve as writers along with Chris O’Connor, Amy McLeish, Bobby Telatovich, Sam Mazany, Bobby Telatovich, Amy McLeish-Milligan, Sam Mazany, and Grace Cohen. Executive producers include Gillis, Gerben, McKeever, Brandon James, Brian Stern, Kenneth Slotnick, and Becky Astphan.
