Hulu has renewed the critically acclaimed drama Paradise for season two, with the announcement coming ahead of season one’s finale set for March 4, 2025. Season one premiered on January 28, 2025, and Hulu hasn’t revealed a target date for the debut of season two.
Sterling K. Brown (This Is Us) leads the cast of the political thriller as Secret Service Agent Xavier Collins. The season one cast also includes Emmy nominee James Marsden (Jury Duty) as President Cal Bradford, Emmy winner Julianne Nicholson (Mare of Easttown) as Sinatra, Sarah Shahi (Red, White, & Royal Blue) as Dr. Gabriela Torabi, Nicole Brydon Bloom (The Gilded Age) as Jane Driscoll, Aliyah Mastin as Presley Collins, and Percy Daggs IV (Never Let Go) as James Collins.
“Paradise is set in a serene community inhabited by some of the world’s most prominent individuals,” reads Hulu’s synopsis. “But this tranquility explodes when a shocking murder occurs, and a high-stakes investigation unfolds.”
The drama comes from This Is Us‘ Dan Fogelman, who serves as an executive producer along with Sterling K. Brown, John Requa, Glenn Ficarra, John Hoberg, Jess Rosenthal, and Steve Beers. According to Hulu, Paradise premiered to 7 million viewers and has made Hulu’s Top 15 list since its debut. As of the date of the renewal, Rotten Tomatoes lists its score as 81% fresh.
The series will air on ABC on Monday, April 7th, following its finale on Hulu.
