Megan Follows returned to the director’s chair for the second time with The CW’s Reign season four episode six. Episode five of the show’s final season found Lord Darnley forced into a fistfight in order to earn the respect of Queen Mary’s people and the right to marry her. Episode six continues Queen Mary and Lord Darnley’s rocky journey to the altar. Airing on March 24, 2017, episode six is titled ‘Love & Death’ and was written by Drew Lindo and Wendy Riss.

The season four cast includes Adelaide Kane as Queen Mary, Rachel Skarsten as Queen Elizabeth, Megan Fellows as Queen Catherine, Dan Jeannotte as James, and Will Kemp as Lord Darnley. Ben Geurens, Celina Sinden, Jonathan Goad, Craig Parker, Spencer MacPherson, and Rose Williams also star in Reign‘s fourth season.

The ‘Love & Death’ Plot: MARY GRAPPLES WITH THE AFTERMATH OF HER DECISION — Mary (Kane) must deal with the political repercussions of a potential marriage to Lord Darnley (Kemp) and King Charles (MacPherson) disappears, leaving Catherine (Follows) to pick up the pieces. Elizabeth (Skarsten) comes to Gideon’s (Geurens) aid, while Claude (Williams) receives an interesting proposition.
