San Diego Comic-Con 2025 TV Panels: Descriptions, Times and Locations

The San Diego Comic-Con lineup of films and television panels may never return to its pre-Covid level, but the 2025 schedule has enough of both to keep SDCC attendees hopping between Hall H, Ballroom 20, and the Indigo Ballroom. TV panels once again outnumber movie panels, with the casts from series including Peacemaker, Outlander (the original and its prequel), Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Resident Alien, Revival, Gen V, Ghosts, and Abbott Elementary making their way to downtown San Diego for the sold-out pop culture convention.

The Anne Rice Universe will be represented by Interview with the Vampire and Talamasca. Plus, the stars of The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, Upload, NCIS: Tony & Ziva, Alien: Earth, Dexter: Resurrection, Spartacus: House of Ashur, and Paradise are scheduled to attend the 2025 SDCC.

For animation fans, scheduled panels include Bob’s Burgers, The Simpsons, Hazbin Hotel, Beavis & Butt-Head, South Park, Phineas and Ferb, Solar Opposites, Rick and Morty, and King of the Hill.

Nickelodeon’s Avatar: The Last Airbender 20th Anniversary – 11am, Ballroom 20
20 years. 4 elements. 1 Avatar. Nickelodeon is celebrating Avatar: The Last Airbender’s 20th anniversary with a panel that will take fans on a special journey through the legacy of the Avatarverse. 6th Annual Hollywood Game Changers: A Conversation with the Women Behind Popular Film and TV Projects – 11am, Room 7AB
A powerhouse of women leading the charge behind popular film and television projects talk about how these projects get made. The home for adult animation, Comedy Central celebrates its upcoming slate with the creators and cast of the hit series South Park, Beavis & Butt-Head, and Digman! Trey Parker, Matt Stone, Mike Judge, and Andy Samberg share behind-the-scenes stories from over 30 years in animation.

FRIDAY, July 25:

Resident Alien Season 4 Panel – 10am, Ballroom 20
Go behind the scenes with showrunner/executive producer Chris Sheridan and stars Alan Tudyk, Sara Tomko, Corey Reynolds, and Alice Wetterlund from the fan-favorite series Resident Alien. Based on the Dark Horse comic of the same name, the comedy sci-fi series is currently in its fourth season and follows an alien who has crash-landed on Earth and hides in a remote Colorado mountain town, assuming the identity of the town doctor, Harry Vanderspeigle.

STARZ: Outlander: A Timeless Look Back at the Iconic Series and a First Look at the Final Season – 10am, Hall H
Sam Heughan, Sophie Skelton, Richard Rankin, and executive producers Matthew B. Roberts and Maril Davis dive into a look back at the legacy of Outlander and its impact on the television landscape over the past 11 years. The Smith family, friends, and fish Wendy Schaal, Scott Grimes, Dee Bradley Baker, and Jeff Fischer, along with executive producers Matt Weitzman and Kara Vallow and writer Nic Wegener, give an unfiltered look at the behind-the-scenes antics and fan-favorite moments, plus a sneak peek at the upcoming season.

Brown (This Is Us, Washington Black) and creator and executive producer Dan Fogelman (This Is Us, Cars) celebrate and reflect on the captivating first season of Hulu’s Paradise, which critics called “one of the best shows on TV.” The creative team will discuss all the twists and turns of season 1 and tease what’s to come for season 2.

STARZ: A Return to Ancient Rome with Spartacus: House of Ashur: A First Look with the Cast and Creator – 3pm, Indigo Ballroom
Spartacus: House of Ashur creator and executive producer Steven S. DeKnight joins cast members Graham McTavish, Tenika Davis, Jamaica Vaughan, Jordi Webber, and Nick E. Tarabay, who returns as the notorious Ashur in a new, world-bending reality. They’ll discuss the legacy of the original Spartacus series and dive into Ashur’s alternate fate in the new series coming to STARZ this fall.

Spartacus: House of Ashur explores what would happen if the ruthless, double-crossing Ashur had not perished on Mount Vesuvius and instead was rewarded by the Romans for betraying Spartacus.
