The CW’s The 100 killed off another major character in season four episode 11, however in this particular case the death wasn’t unexpected. Jasper opted out, with his fellow partiers also saying no to a chance to stay alive in the bunker. He and Monty were able to have an emotional good-bye before Jasper closed his eyes for the final time. (We’ll miss you, Devon Bostick!) Only Harper chose love and and life over a quick death and will head to the bunker with Monty. Meanwhile, Raven is visited by the dead Sinclair who helps her figure out she needs to reset her brain by dying and bringing herself back to life.
Of course, episode 11’s main storyline focused on Clarke and Jaha’s decision to shut the bunker’s doors with only Skaikru inside. Octavia and Kane are locked out along with all the other clans, and Bellamy is determined to open the door and let them in. His determination earns him a stay locked up in cell, but he manages to escape and with Abby’s help, he makes it all the way to the door before Clarke stops him. Bellamy pleads his case, Clarke gives in, and with tears in her eyes she lowers her gun. After the clans have made their way into the bunker, Octavia declares all clans will have to select 100 people and one of Skaikru’s must be Bellamy.
Next up, season four episode 12 titled ‘The Chosen.’ Directed by Alex Kalymnios from a script by Aaron Ginsburg and Wade McIntrye, ‘The Chosen’ will air on May 17, 2017.
