Michael Fassbender returns to lead the cast of Paramount+’s The Agency season two, inspired by the French series Le Bureau des Légendes. All 10 new episodes of the spy thriller will be available to binge beginning on June 21, 2026 at 12am PT/3am ET.
The streamer announced the premiere date and shared the official trailer and first photos from the new season starring Oscar nominee Fassbender, Oscar nominee Jeffrey Wright, Jodie Turner-Smith, Katherine Waterston, Richard Gere, Harriet Sansom Harris, and John Magaro. Saura Lightfoot-Leon, India Fowler, Andrew Brooke, Christian Ochoa Lavernia, Reza Brojerdi, Ambreen Razia, and Alex Reznik also star.
Dominic West and Hugh Bonneville guest star, and Medalion Rahimi, Tessa Ferrer, Clayne Crawford, Keanush Tafreshi, and Raza Jaffrey appear in recurring roles.
“The Agency follows Martian (Fassbender), a CIA agent living undercover in his own life. Samia (Turner-Smith), his lover, is a political prisoner in Sudan, and he will do anything to try to save her, even past the point of treachery,” reads Paramount+’s synopsis. “The only way out is deeper in. A knife-edge Martian must walk if he is to save love, life, and his mission.”
Jez Butterworth and John-Henry Butterworth serve as writers and executive producers. Additional executive producers include Michael Fassbender, David C. Glasser, Ron Burkle, David Hutkin, Bob Yari, George Clooney, Grant Heslov, Alex Berger, Ashley Stern, Pascal Breton, Joe Wright, and Keith Cox.
