One of the most popular – and talked about – panels at the 2015 San Diego Comic Con didn’t have anything to do with Star Wars, Batman, or even The Hunger Games. ABC’s The Muppets stole the show with a presentation that included a 10 minute First Look video setting up the series. After much screaming and yelling by fans, the video has finally arrived online for Muppet fans worldwide to check out.
The Muppets will premiere on September 22, 2015 at 8pm ET/PT.
The Plot: “The Muppets return to primetime with a contemporary, documentary-style show. For the first time ever, a series will explore the Muppets’ personal lives and relationships, both at home and at work, as well as romances, breakups, achievements, disappointments, wants and desires. This is a more adult Muppet show, for ‘kids’ of all ages.”
