24 hours out from ABC’s The Rookie season seven episode 11 and ABC’s only released two stills from the episode. That’s really unusual and makes fans wonder if they should prepare for a major shocker in the wake of Seth’s firing. The answer will be revealed when episode 11, “Speed,” airs on March 25, 2025 at 9pm ET/PT.
The cast is led by Nathan Fillion as John Nolan. Season seven stars Mekia Cox as Nyla Harper, Alyssa Diaz as Angela Lopez, Richard T. Jones as Sergeant Wade Grey, Melissa O’Neil as Lucy Chen, Eric Winter as Tim Bradford, Jenna Dewan as Bailey Nune, Shawn Ashmore as Wesley Evers, and Lisseth Chavez as Celina Juarez. Deric Augustine and Patrick Keleher recur as Miles and Seth.
“Speed” Plot: John and Celina find themselves in a hostage situation while undercover for a public safety initiative. While Angela and Nyla investigate the suspects, Tim challenges Lucy’s decision-making skills.
The Rookie Season 7 Details:
John Nolan, once the oldest rookie in the LAPD, has used his life experience, determination, and sense of humor to keep up with rookies 20 years his junior. Now recovering from a gunshot wound and feeling the effects of his age, John and the team welcome two new rookies and continue the hunt for two dangerous escaped prisoners who have very personal vendettas.
