‘The Royals’ Season 4 Episode 9 Preview: “Foul Deeds Will Rise”

E!’s The Royals season four episode eight found Willow high on LSD, thanks to the diabolical maneuverings of wannabe Queen, Cassandra. Princess Eleanor and Queen Helena did their best to keep Willow from getting into trouble, and to keep the press from realizing Willow was on drugs (even if she didn’t willingly take them). Meanwhile, it turns out everyone was working against Robert without his knowledge. Cyrus, Liam, and even Kathryn are apparently teaming up to take down the King.

In support of the upcoming season four episode nine, E!’s released a new clip showing Queen Helena, Cyrus, and Liam plotting a coup. A new 30 second trailer also paints a picture of a King in big trouble and possibly about to lose his thrown. Season four episode nine is titled “Foul Deeds Will Rise” and will air on May 6, 2018 at 10pm ET/PT.

Season four consists of 10 one-hour episodes starring Elizabeth Hurley as Queen Helena, Max Brown as King Robert, Jake Maskall as Cyrus, Tom Austen as Jasper, Alexandra Park as Princess Eleanor, William Moseley as Prince Liam, and Genevieve Gaunt as Wilhelmina. Brian Robbins, Joe Davola (One Tree Hill, Smallville), and Shauna Phela are the executive producers.

The “Foul Deeds Will Rise” Plot: Liam’s true intentions are revealed; Jasper helps Liam with a plan; and Willow and Robert hit a rough patch.

The Royals Season 4 Plot: Drama about a fictional British Royal family, who inhabit a world of luxury and regal tradition, but one that also involves intrigue and unexpected twists revealing the complexities faced by royals trying to maintain high-profile relationships under scrutiny, and continuing to shine a light on the anarchy in the monarchy.

The fourth season of The Royals picks up after the charming, potentially duplicitous, Prince Robert (Brown) is crowned King of England. Prince Liam (Moseley) and his recently dethroned uncle Cyrus (Maskall) form an unlikely alliance, Queen Helena (Hurley) struggles to control her unruly brood as she figures out her role in the palace. And, after a heated on again-off again relationship, bodyguard Jasper (Austen) tries to capture Princess Eleanor’s (Park) heart one more time just as they are about to face their biggest obstacle yet.
