‘The Royals’ Season 4 Preview: A New Clip Arrives From Episode 1

E! News has released a new video clip from the upcoming fourth season of The Royals. The clip is from episode one and stars Elizabeth Hurley as Queen Helena and Max Brown as King Robert. E! provided a transcript of the short clip which finds Queen Helena learning the truth about her Lord Chamberlain.

“My first official moment as king is being shoved in the back by my horned-up vitriolic mother,” says Robert.

“I don’t care if you’re crowned the goddamn Queen of Sheba, you don’t fire my Lord Chamberlain!” yells Queen Helena.

“He was a liability,” insists Robert.

“We were discreet,” answers the Queen, describing their fling.

“No, you were discreet,” replies Robert. “He was shopping a tell-all about his time in the queen’s bedroom.”

“That can’t be true,” Helena says in disbelief.

“I think the sample was Christmas, it was called ‘Jiggy Pudding,'” says Robert.

“Good god. I should have seen it,” says. “There was a version of me that would have never let that happen.”

“I took care of it. I was trying to protect you. I’m sorry,” answers Robert, apologizing to his mom. “Why does everyone suspect the worst from me?”

“Well, I can’t speak for everyone else but I suspect the worst of you because I taught you everything you know,” the Queen replies. “Sorry I shoved you.”
