The NBC 2016-2017 primetime lineup will include the new drama series This Is Us starring Mandy Moore (Tangled, Because I Said So), Milo Ventimiglia (Heroes, Gilmore Girls), and Sterling K. Brown (The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story). The This Is Us cast also includes Justin Hartley, Chrissy Metz, Susan Kelechi Watson, Chris Sullivan and Ron Cephas Jones. The series comes from Dan Fogelman (Galavant and Crazy, Stupid, Love) and reunites the writer of Tangled with the animated film’s female lead.
Fogelman is writing and executive producing, with Jess Rosenthal, Charlie Gogolak, director John Requa, and director Glenn Ficarra also executive producing.
