‘Transplant’ Season 4 Preview: Photos, Promo, Cast and Air Date

Season four of NBC’s popular medical drama Transplant kicks off with back-to-back episodes on Thursday, May 22, 2025 beginning at 8pm ET/PT. New episodes of the fourth season will air on Thursdays at 8pm ET/PT.

Hamza Haq stars as Bashir “Bash” Hamed, Sirena Gulamgaus is Amira, Laurence Leboeuf plays Mags, Ayisha Issa is June Curtis, Jim Watson stars as Theo Hunter, Rekha Sharma is Dr. Neeta Devi, Torri Higginson plays Claire Malone, and Kenny Wong is Arnold De Luca.

“CRETE” Plot: A young woman and middle-aged man are airlifted to the hospital after a mountain rescue, sparking speculation from Bash, Mags and June about their relationship. Theo deals with his suspension. Flashbacks reveal Bash and Amira’s arrival in Crete.

“SINKHOLE” Plot: While Bash and Mags compete for a residency position, Bash risks his own life to save a man who falls into a sinkhole. A busy night for Mags, June and the rest of the staff leaves everyone stressed. Theo helps a woman with chest pain.

Season four of Transplant finds Bashir “Bash” Hamed (Hamza Haq) on the precipice of finishing his residency at York Memorial and officially requalifying as a doctor. With his future uncertain once again, Bash and his sister, Amira (Sirena Gulamgaus), are Canadian citizens now, but are still trying, with everything they have, to build a life in their adopted country.
