If the headline makes absolutely no sense to you, then you are probably not a fan of The CW series Arrow. However, if the headline caught your eye, then you’re probably into the series (or the comic book) enough to know what it means to see Roy Harper (played by Colton Haynes) suiting up as Arsenal.
