After much teasing about how waiting sucks, HBO has finally released the full trailer for season six of True Blood. Kicking off on June 16, 2013, season six finds the vampires under attack by humans bent on eradicating the bloodsuckers. That’s not good news for werewolves and shapeshifters as they can see the writing on the wall and know it’s only a matter of time before humans find out about them and add them to the list of supernatural creatures to wipe out.
Stephen Moyer (‘Bill Compton’) directs episode 1. The cast also includes new mom Anna Paquin as Sookie, Alexander Skarsgard as sexy vampire Eric Northman, Sam Trammell as shapeshifting bar owner Sam Merlotte, Nelsan Ellis, Carrie Preston, Ryan Kwanten, Deborah Ann Woll, Kristin Bauer van Straten, and Joe Manganiello.
