2016 Edgar Award Winners: ‘Let Me Die in His Footsteps’ Tops the List

Let Me Die in His Footsteps

The Mystery Writers of America have voted and this year’s Edgar Award winner for Best Novel is Lori Roy’s Let Me Die in His Footsteps. Let Me Die in His Footsteps is set in the 1950s in a small Kentucky town and centers on two families touched by evil. Roy’s novel was chosen winner in a very competitive category that included nominees The Strangler Vine, The Lady From Zagreb, Life or Death, Canary, and Night Life.

The annual Edgar Allan Poe Awards recognize the best in non-fiction, mystery fiction, and television.
