NBC’s upped the star power of their singing competition series The Voice by bringing in Taylor Swift as a ‘key adviser’. Swift will join The Voice coaches Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Pharrell Williams, and Gwen Stefani during the Knockout Rounds airing October 27th and 28th and November 3rd. She’ll mentor all of the artists on all four teams, helping them with their vocal techniques, stage presence, and instructing them on the importance of singing songs that play to their personalities and strengths.

Swift’s the bestselling digital artist in history and was the youngest person ever to earn an Album of the Year Grammy. Her next album 1989 will hit stores on October 27, 2014.

Season seven of The Voice debuted on September 22, 2014 and has been averaging 13.2 million viewers.
