Behind the Scenes of Red Dawn with Chris Hemsworth

We know him best for playing Thor, the hammer-wielding demigod, but before he took on the starring role in Thor, Chris Hemsworth signed on to lead the cast in the remake of Red Dawn. Hemsworth plays the older brother charged with taking care of his younger sibling – along with his little brother’s friends – after North Korea invades the U.S.

In this video courtesy of FilmDistrict and Open Road Films, Hemsworth talks about his knowledge of the original movie, what drew him to Red Dawn, and the training process. He also discusses bonding with the cast, his character’s relationship with Adrianne Palicki’s character, and the movie’s lighter moments.
