Studios are doing this new thing where they put out a teaser trailer for the real trailer, usually releasing the teaser trailer a few days prior to unveiling the real trailer. And, normally, I ignore these teasers and wait for the real thing. That won’t be the case with the Deadpool trailer’s teaser trailer. This one is worth sharing but be warned: bad language makes it not safe for work or for those with sensitive ears. The teaser finds Ryan Reynolds in full Deadpool costume talking about how the studio screwed up the character in its first film appearance and how the actual trailer will arrive tomorrow.

Deadpool opens in theaters on February 12, 2016.

The Plot:

Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, Deadpool tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.
